Your
training objectives may require several hours or several days. Your
group may be five or five hundred in number. No matter what
your needs are, we will work with you to design a program that supports
your business objectives and reinforces your corporate values.
With
you, and the use of a variety of assessment tools and consultative
methods, we will explore individual leadership styles, develop new
management skills and help you create an environment that enables
and supports effective teamwork. The Falls River process includes
partnering with you to design a programming format that complements
your training efforts. The program may be integrated into
your off-site retreat, for example, or it may be an on-going series
of learning modules, experiential designs and strategic action planning
sessions for all facets of your organization over time. Our
world-class facilitators and consultants are skilled in creating
a supportive environment in which participants are free to practice
new behaviors and explore new concepts and theories. Participants
gain an increased awareness of their own strengths and abilities,
and those of others, along with new insights that guide how they
