Helium Pole - The helium pole is a team building game which defies the laws of gravity and takes an incredible amount of well coordinated teamwork to be successful. The idea is to lower the pole to the ground all together as a team with no members breaching contact at all during the process. However, the pole tends to rise into the air instead of lowering to the ground in the first few attempts. How, i here you ask? The team must then work out why and find the solution. Most teams get it in the end, but only after several attempts and mass communication.

The Islands - The Islands is a team building game which takes a lot of planning, strategy and trust in your team. The idea is to get all of your team members (usually no more than 10) from one 6 feet by 6 feet wooden Island to another, located approximately 9 feet away, using only 3 wooden boards measuring no more than 4ft in length, none of the boards can touch the ground at any time, neither can any of your team members, the penalty for doing so, is to start the whole exercise from the beginning.
