WEBSITE DESIGNED AND MAINTAINED BY RJ WEB DESIGN - POWERED BY RJ MEDIA GROUP 2009.
Rusty’s design work springs from an open systems model, and is research and fact-based. Design proceeds from clearly articulated and shared purposes. Goals, expectations and participant benefits are explicit. He has taught organization development at Columbia University.
He is a graduate of the U.S. M. M. A. and the UVa Darden Executive Program.

By working to establish and maintain mutual trust, he insures that strategic planning and development efforts:
- encourage people to make changes, not chide people about past performance;
- enable people to claim their roles in shaping the present and the future;
- create a climate for change that respects the adultness of the learner and that is
open, engaging and solution focused.

He has worked with leaders and managers at: Avon International, Columbia University, , Verizon, Operation Smile, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Tennessee Valley Authority, Environmental Protection Agency, Duke University, and Catholic Health Care Partners.
Rusty established a network of community colleges in the northeast to develop a new degree for the telecommunications industry.
Rusty was selected to develop a Leadership Institute for high performance managers in the City of New York, and has continued to develop and present portions of this program for 10 years.
He just completed a sailing-based team development program for 125 Ericsson leaders.

Using a client-centered approach, Rusty has developed and led OD efforts in leadership development, team development, creative idea generating and problem solving, strategic planning, managing diversity, organizational diagnosis, and accepting personal responsibility for positive change. He managed a 200-person human resources organization with a $30 million budget, directing strategic planning and all major HR functions.
Rusty Renick is guided by establishing a strong, affirmative relationship with clients in order to build shared ownership and commitment to the work outcomes. His work has a basis in growing organizational capability, while co-constructing the desired future state.

Rusty believes that organizations have a need for constructive renewal, techniques for letting go of old paradigms, and the ability to enroll people in enabling and ennobling visions. With more than 15 years’ experience in organization development and leadership training, he has helped the people responsible for the organizational mission form high performance teams, and realize personal growth.
