Joyce Hartpence

Joyce has been designing and delivering experiential based programs to a multitude of businesses and organizations since 1979. She founded Teamworks Training and Development, Inc. in July of 1992 and co founded Teamworks International in 2001. She has designed and delivered experiential based programs to a multitude of businesses and universities addressing professional development in the areas of communication, decision-making, cooperation and trust. She has presented workshops to: the American Society of Training and Development; the Association of Experiential Education; the National Zero Balancing Conference; Johns Hopkins University; and the Organizational Development Network. Presentations have included: Train the Trainer, Feedback and Communication Skills, and Leadership Development. Additional week long seminars addressed: leadership and group facilitation involving members in the following fields: Organizational Development, Corporate Psychology, Human Resources, and Training and Development.
