Marianne Scippa

Marianne brings an innovative combination of psychology, organizational development, and complimentary health care to her work. Her most recent work has been a combination of group and individual coaching sessions designed to improve communication skills and morale in a large multi-layered system. For more than 25 years Marianne's work has ranged from therapeutic communities to corporate boardrooms as an internal manager, program director and external consultant. She has provided program design and delivery to assist a variety of clients with both business and personal challenges. Her areas of expertise include team building, leadership development, and managing system changes, improving communication, building moral, preventing burnout and coaching for personal/professional development.

Marianne holds a Masters of Science in Psychology from the University of Bridgeport and a Masters of Human Service Administration from the Organization and Management Department of the Antioch University Graduate School. She has been active with the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Association for Experiential Education (AEE). She served as President of the AEE Board of Directors for four years and was the recipient of the Kurt Hahn Honor and Address at the 1999 international conference.
