Andre Kotze

Professionally Andre is a trainer, facilitator and organizational development consultant as well as executive within the Teamworks Training and Development, Inc. Andre has a wealth of experience spanning three continents and a variety of sectors in private and public enterprise. As a facilitator and process consultant Andre has worked in the areas of Strategic Planning, Business Process Redesign, Organizational Transformation, Business Improvement and Team Development. As a Trainer he has developed and taught courses in Leadership, Teaming, Facilitation, Systems Thinking and Communication. He is both multilingual and accustomed to working with multi-cultural groups.
