Eileen Mosher Webb, CEO - Bio
Eileen is the CEO of the Falls River Center, an organizational development consulting and training organization. Falls River has been designing and delivering training in leadership development, organizational change, coaching, team building and organizational development for over 20 years to 100’s of organizations in the private and public sectors, nationally and internationally. Participants explore leadership and communication styles, organizational systems and processes, problem solving and group dynamics through case studies, role-plays, simulations, experiential activities and a variety of assessment tools such as, MBTI, DISC, LPI, Benchmarks and many more. FRC provides seminars nationally in areas such as, Effective Coaching, Performance Management, Teambuilding, Train the Trainer and Leading Effective Organizational Change. Their current client list includes, PricewaterhouseCoopers, G.E., Intuit, Bank One, NOAA, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, IRS, Federal Executive Institute, F.B.I., Coors Light, Darden and Capital One to name a few.
In addition to her role as CEO at the FRC, Ms. Webb has been an adjunct faculty with the Federal Executive Institute for the past 11 years. She has facilitated and taught course curriculum to numerous learning teams in their 4-week program, Leadership for a Democratic Society Program. This program is a premier leadership course, designed and delivered to only the highest level of Executives within our Federal Agencies. Eileen also assists in designing and delivering custom programs to federal agencies including, NOAA, IRS, NRC, Air Force, Department of Defense and USAID.
Eileen has held some challenging management positions within Corporate America such as Manager of Human Resources for General Electric where she served as the European Liaison, was involved in labor and management mediation, designed and delivered their process improvement programs, Workout and the Leadership Profile. She was responsible for the initiation of self directed work teams within GE Fanuc’s manufacturing division.
Eileen received her B.S. and M.P.A. at the University of Nebraska, with a concentration in Organizational Development. Eileen is certified in Myers Briggs, Process Mapping, KEYS (Assessing the climate for Creativity), Benchmarks (Center for Creative Living) and is a certified mediator by the Virginia Supreme Court.
Eileen provides Executive Coaching to numerous Executives in both the private and public sector. She has over 15 years of Executive Coaching experience.
